Our store opened in October 2023 on the 5th floor of the Isomi Building in front of the west exit of Kanda Station. [a:13122765, Craft Beer Market] is a new business format based on the concept of "self-serve all-you-can-drink x Yakiniku (Grilled meat)." The restaurant opened for lunch soon, but I saved my visit for lunch when it was too cold to go far. However, this year's winter started off mildly, and instead of getting extremely cold, the days remained relatively warm, and the weather remained conserved. Isn't it still the cherry blossom season? Now that we're in February, the 23rd ward has so much snow that a heavy snow warning has been issued. Even though the snow had stopped, the temperature had not risen and it was still cold, so I decided that if I was going to go, now would be the time. There are no customers in the store at 1pm. After this, the store was deserted with no customers. It's been a little over three months since it opened, and it's already getting a lot of attention at lunchtime. ! When ordering, I based my order on the previous reviewer's review and ordered the standard yukkejang kuppa set meal (980 yen) with a large serving of rice. When I finished ordering and looked inside the store, I saw a beer corner right in front of me. As expected from Craft Beer Market, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink IPA and IPL. I thought that if this was an attractive point, it would be open only for lunch, with the main focus being dinner. After a while, it was brought out on a tray. In addition to Yukhoejangkuppa, it comes with salad, namul, kimchi, and soup. Since it is yukkejang soup, a large serving of rice has already been added to the yukkejang soup. Ingredients include offal, bracken, carrot, radish, green onion, etc. Although the menu said "spicy," I couldn't taste the spiciness at all, so I added 6 tablespoons of extra-spicy miso from the seasonings on the table. It only added the taste of miso, but didn't increase the spiciness, so I tried the super spicy miso as it was, and it wasn't spicy at all (^_^; To increase the spiciness...jalapenos Let's add the paste♪ It was too refreshing and didn't go well with the taste of Yukgaejang. Oh! There's also garlic onion flakes. I tried adding about 3 shakes, but since it's flakes, the garlic scent and spiciness are just like Yukgaejang. I couldn't make it work with the soup. I thought for a moment about adding wood-fired yuzu, but I decided against it because yuzu didn't go well with it. After adjusting the spiciness, I couldn't help but enjoy changing the taste with table seasonings. The base of the Yukkejangkuppa is quite delicious. Thanks to the large serving of rice, the volume was perfect. The salad was crunchy with the radish salad, and the side dishes of namul and kimchi were okay. The price of 980 yen with seaweed soup was reasonable. I think the reason why it was quiet during lunch time is probably due to the location on the 5th floor, and also because Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch is over 1,000 yen. However, as I mentioned earlier, they are only open for lunch, and their main focus is dinner. Please keep up the good work. Thank you for the meal.
