昼12時の神田駅西口。
曇天で寒いせいか、多町大通りの人通りは少なめ。
雑居ビルの3階までエレベーターで上がり、BMしておいた此方へ。
店舗は前店Laca quanの居抜き。
中国系と思しき男性スタッフ？店主？が迎えてくれた。
ランチメニューの中から注文したのは以下。
鶏肉のフォー(860円)
前店Laca quanは、アオザイを纏った女性の接客で夜の街を思わせる雰囲気だったが、此方はスタッフのお子さんと思しき子供がホールに居て家庭的な雰囲気。
5分位して料理が到着。
お盆にはフォーの他、春巻2本、酢漬けの細切れ野菜が付いていた。
フォーの具はチキンが5枚くらいと刻みネギ、パクチー(注文時に要否確認あり)で、前店Laca quanの方が充実していたかな。
春巻が熱々で提供されるのはポイント高いね♪
卓上のチリソースや唐辛子をチョイ足ししながら味変を楽しみながら味わった。
底冷えのする寒さだったので、フォーのスープを飲み干した。
ホールの男性スタッフも厨房の女性スタッフも、きちんと「いらっしゃいませ」「ありがとうございました」なんて声をかけてくれるので感じが良い。
路面店ではないためか、12時過ぎでも席に余裕があるのが助かる。ランチ難民になりそうになったら、また食べに来よう。
何、アオザイを纏った綺麗な女性目当てだったのに、当てが外れたんじゃないかって？
