神田駅近くの炭焼焼き鳥軒へ。夜はもちろん居酒屋、昼は定食類がいただけます。生姜焼き定食や鶏唐揚定食、チキン南蛮定食、さばの味噌煮定食、うな丼、海鮮丼などなど他にも多数ある豊富なラインナップの中に、オムライス定食や焼きラーメンもあり。最後者をいただきます。
巨大な皿になみなみと盛られた焼きラーメンは、見るからにボリュームたっぷりの一杯。ミニサラダと漬物が付いてきます。
野菜と豚肉炒めがトッピングされたチャンポンな焼きラーメン。麺はストレート細麺で熱々です。スープはまろやかな甘さと塩っぱさが混在、ガラの味わいはスッキリと。かなりのボリュームですが、さらりといただけました。
ごちそうさまでした。
