神保町 ガヴィアル《ミックスカレー》
都内屈指の人気を誇るカレー百名店常連の欧風カレー専門店の1軒､1982年の創業以来継ぎ足しのソースをベースに28種の香辛料を気候や湿度､季節による素材の変化など加味し調整＆ブレンドしたカレーは定評。
ミックスカレーはエビ・アサリ・チキン。全てのカレーで甘口､中辛､辛口から選べます。
最初に福神漬けと辣韮､次いで定番のじゃが芋とバター､そして風味良いゴーダチーズが掛かったバターライスとカレーポットに注がれた真打ちのカレーが登場。
魚介とチキンの旨味が深みある重厚な味わいと共に押し寄せます､辛口だけど甘味とちょい辛味が合わさったテイスト､個人的には辛口の上に例えば大辛と激辛もあるといいかな〜とw（まぁ多分お店にその意図は全くないと思う）
ぷりっぷりの海老とほろほろのチキンはライスが進みめっちゃいい具材❣️ 何気に辣韮が美味しくこの正統派な欧風カレーにめちゃくちゃ合う✨
カレーとライスの分量はややライスが多いので女性やカレーを楽しみたい方はライス少なめでも良いかも､一杯食べたい方にはカレーソースを大盛りで頼むとバランス良いかも◎
