上品な広東麺
本日は上海蟹で有名な新世界菜館。
神保町では揚子江菜館や漢陽楼と並ぶ老舗中華料理屋です。
以前行ったときは某TV番組を見てカレーを食べたのですが、特に感銘を受けず（笑）
今日は大好きな五目そば（広東麺）を頼みました。
麺は中華料理屋らしいのが細麺のストレート麺で、スープはあっさりめの上品な感じでとろみも少なめです。
個人的にはもっと濃い味付けのほうが好きですが、流石に美味しいですね。
麺の量がかなり多めなのは意外でした。
ランチに噂のカレーを食べてみましたが、特筆すべきものはなかったです…
やはり、中華を食べたほうが無難ですね。

一昨年はコロナ、昨年は予約が取れずに開催できず、ようやく2年越に上海蟹忘年会が実現しました。
場所は神保町にある上海蟹の名店「新世界菜館」。
上海蟹は思ったよりかなり小ぶり。姿蒸しは食べるのが大変な割には食べれるところが少なかったですが、味噌は濃厚で美味しかったです。
北陸出身の私としては、やはりセイコガニ（ズワイガニの雌）が一番かな（笑）
値段もコースでかなり高かったですが、料理はどれも美味しく満足できました。
