最寄り駅は神保町。徒歩２分というところ。
食べログができる前からいってます。
とても暑い日が続き、五目冷やし中華が食べたくなりました。
今年の夏は食べていませんでした。
いただきましたのは、
五目冷やし（中華） １３２０円
改めて食べますと、麺量も意外と多く、さらに日本人の好きな
アルデンテの細麺。なかなかこのように仕上げるのは大変です。
たれは甘さがやや強めのもの。マイルドで奥深い味です。
やはり違いは、具のレベルです。えびなど、しっかりしたもので
深海ものでもありません。チャーシューも吟味。ほぐした鶏のうまみも
すごいです。きゅうりの香りもすごい。
麺を天地返しして、ラー油をかけることをオススメします。
うまく混ぜながら、食べていきます。おいしいです。
味変に、からしも良いかと。
