間違いのない中華
何度も通っているが、どういうシーンでも使える上に、何を頼んでも美味しい。
いろいろ注文した中で、今回特に印象に残ったのは上海蟹を使った料理二つ。10〜12月が旬なのでまさに今の時期にはもってこいということで注文。
上海蟹とフカヒレのスープは、全体的には優しくまとまりつつ、フカヒレスープの中にカニの風味や旨みが染み出し、それが決してカニ臭くなく、品よく纏まっていて癖になる味。ほっとする。
上海蟹のあんかけチャーハンも同じく、ここのベーシックなチャーハン自体が優しい味なだけに、こちらも濃すぎず、薄すぎずの絶妙な塩梅だった。割と出し惜しみのない蟹肉と香ばしい蟹の風味に、エビとホタテの旨みも加わり普通のチャーハンにもうひと推し欲しい時にこれは最高。
味わい深い逸品だった

抜群の安定感を誇る新世界菜館。
麻婆豆腐が美味しい。
山椒が全体的に効いているものの、主張しすぎず、ほんのり効いてくるこの上品さが好き。
満遍なく入っている挽肉の旨さも相まって、麻婆豆腐を救う蓮華が止まらなくなった。
何度も来てるのにそいえば食べたことないものを攻めてみようと餃子を注文。
タレは自分で作らずとも瓶に入れて持ってきてくれる。
ポン酢のような酸味のきいた醤油タレと、ねっとりせずに野菜とお肉のざく切り感を味わえる餃子の餡との相性が良く、思いの外サッパリと食べられた。
