10数年ぶりの訪問、12時前で4組程の入り。
2人だったので、ランチから牡蠣と・・・の辛い炒めと広東湯麵をシェアすることに。
あと、春巻をそれぞれいただきます。
待つこと8分程で着丼です。
広東麺は、野菜や具がたっぷり。
海老やイカは下処理がしっかりされていて、味が詰まっており美味しい。
でも、スープが結構醤油が濃い味付け。もう少し出汁を楽しみたいかな。
麺は中国料理店らしい細麺のシコシコ系ストレート。さすがに美味しいです。
牡蠣はまあまあ辛いけど、油っぽくなく美味しいです。
春巻は、外が多少冷めても、中が熱々なので注意。ちょっととろっとしていて、皮はパリっと。
なかなかいい。
全体としてまあ満足かな
