広東麺 1000円
神保町の細い路地に佇む中華の名店です。
創業は100年以上で、お店の名物は清燉獅子頭という肉団子のスープですが、ランチでは2種類の定食の他、ご飯物、麺類等があります。
本日は大好きな広東麺を頼みました。
広東麺はお店によって具材の違いこそあれ、あまり変わる料理ではないと思っていましたが、このお店の広東麺はスープが本当に美味しい。
基本的な味は同じですが、おそらくオイスターソースが違うのでしょうか。久しぶりに美味しい広東麺を頂きました。
具材では獅子唐が入ってるのが珍しいと思います。
