「漢陽楼」に予約して行って来ました。
創業明治４４（１９１１）年、戦前には留学中の若かりし周恩来氏が
度々来店していたことでも知られています。
また、テレビ東京で放映されている「出没！アド街ック天国」でも何度も紹介されています。
時間をズラしたせいか、店内は空いていました。
「中華ランチＢ 鉄扒牛肉（牛肉の中華風レモンステーキ）」１，２００円。
「蝦仁捲（エビのウエハース揚げ）」を１本で３３０円。
「獅子頭（大きな肉団子の澄ましスープ蒸し）」１，６５０円。
合計３，１８０円（税込）になります。
「鉄扒牛肉（牛肉の中華風レモンステーキ）」は肉がやや硬い気がしましたが、
味付けはちょうど良く、レモンのおかげでさっぱりいただくことができました。
「蝦仁捲（エビのウエハース揚げ）」はウエハースの甘さと不思議な食感が魅力的でした。
個人的にはソースではなく、塩で食べた方が美味しいと思います。
「獅子頭（大きな肉団子の澄ましスープ蒸し）」ですが、今回のお目当て料理です。
江蘇省の家庭料理でこぶし大の豚肉の団子を一度揚げてから上湯（シャンタン）でじっくりと蒸します。
肉の旨味がしっかり閉じ込められており、肉団子を崩したときにスープが染み込んでいきます。
練り込んである魚介の旨味や野菜の食感も堪りません。
これだけでも食べに行く価値のある逸品です。
優しく滋味深い味わいは例えイヤなこと、苦しいこと、つらいことがあってもこれを食べ終わる頃には
すべて忘れてしまっているでしょう・・・。
食べ過ぎた感はありますが、大満足のランチでした。
