過去訪問した際に貸し切りで入れなかったこちらを訪問してみる事に。
店内には食べ終わった先客1組2名、提供待ち1組3名。やや暗めの店内、そこそこ
広めで余裕がるので、お好きな席にって事なので奥の4人掛けテーブルに着きます。
テーブル上のメニューを眺めます。ランチのAがメカジキの甘辛ソース、Bが牛肉の
中華風レモンステーキ。共に触手が動かず。麺とご飯もののセット的なものは無く、
炒飯って気分でもなかったので麺類から選ぼうと。
時節柄、新筍湯麺 シンタケノコソバ（税込み1,100円）をお願いします。
厨房には2名以上の方が調理していますが、提供待ちの方含めなかなか料理が
出てくる気配がありません。
結局、私への提供はオーダーから16分後。この客数でこの待ち時間はちょっと
あり得ないなと。夜の利用でゆったり酒飲みながらならいいんでしょうけど、
サラリーマンのランチにはとても使えない店って事です。
提供された新筍湯麺、まずはスープを一口。軽くとろみのあるスープ、優しい
味のスープです。
比較的細目のストレート麺、程よい弾力で食感も悪くありません。スープの絡み
もいい感じです。
割と多めに入っている新筍は歯ごたえの良い食感で、食べ応えもあります。
麺を半分ほど食べた所で一緒に提供された酢をひと掛けしてみます。サッパリ感
が加わって、これはこれで有りだなと。
最後の2口は同じく一緒に提供された胡椒をふりかけいただきました。
ボリュームは普通、味の方も不満はありませんが、税込み1,100円はちょっと
高めかなって感じます。出せて1,000円、出来れば1,000円を若干切る位の値付け
がいいなって。
まぁ、この待ち時間を考えると再訪は無いと思いますが。
