暑いので、今日も冷やし中華にターゲットを絞ります。会社に近い当店に、11:30頃にお伺いしました。店内は3割程度の客入りです。窓側の4人席に案内されました。明るくて気持ちのいい席です。
当店は周恩来が好んで食べたとされる大きな肉団子のスープが名物ですが、初志貫徹で冷やし中華1,100円をオーダー。ごまだれか醤油だれを選べるのでごまにしました。量は丁度良い感じです。具は頂上の海老などが綺麗に盛り付けられています。麺はモチモチですし、私は基本的に冷やし中華はごまだれ派なので、大変満足です。
