2024年3月22日昼、初訪
1911年創業。周恩来が日本に留学していた際、贔屓にしていた中華店。名物の「獅子頭(※)」は、彼のお気に入りで、彼を力づけた伝統料理
(※)大きな肉団子の澄ましスープ蒸し。豚ロースを包丁で叩いて練り、肉団子にして一度揚げてからスープでじっくり蒸す。肉の旨味が出たスープも格別
現在、昼は定食、御飯物、麺類を提供。夜は予約客のみを受け付け。情緒たっぷりな空間で上質な中華をゆっくり楽しめる良店。神保町の中華店で屈指のおススメ！
