［感想］
出汁の味を楽しみたいのでシンプルなかけうどん。
まずはお出汁を一口。見た目の色の薄さから、薄味かと思ったら結構しっかり！
煮干しの風味を舌で感じられる美味しさです。
麺は1本が長めでもちもち系。コシはほどほど。
細かく茶色の点々が見えるので、全粒粉とか使ってるのかな？
優しいお味が体に染み渡ります…
次は冷やかけとかも食べてみたいな…！

計26席だけど、1人客の向かい合わせ席は入れていないようでした。

平日11:28到着。
前に20人ぐらいは並んでるかな？うどん屋さんなので回転は早そう。
入店前にメニューを渡され、事前注文でした。
11:55入店。1分もたたずに運ばれてきました。
