匠の技 うどん丸香
食べる人を魅了する讃岐うどん。 |
11時15分頃、平日ランチで伺いました。早めの時間でしたが既に10人くらいの並び、15分から20分くらいで入れました。かけうどん２玉、かしわ天、海老天を注文。麺は良質な小麦の風味香るコシコシ麺、いりこ出汁もゴクゴク飲めちゃうくらいの美味しさです。かしわ天、海老天も文句なし。特に海老天の大きさにはびっくりしました。並ぶには理由がある、というのがよく分かるお店です。行列だけのお店とは違いますねー。
