いつまでやるねん❕と叱られながら。
昭和の文豪に弱い私は
かつ吉さんが、本当の本当の最後となりました。
三島由紀夫せんせい
川端康成せんせい
今度は、静岡でお目にかかりましょう。
明日からは、精進潔斎？自炊生活。
たぶん…お肉、食べないんだろうなぁ。
食べ納めは、煩悩の限りのメンチカツだなぁ。

11:00ちょうどの到着で
誰もお待ちでないと思ったら…
地下、店内の待合席10名分は埋まってました。
なにー出遅れた？
時計を見ると11:05全然遅れてないし
皆さん、いつからいらっしゃるのでしょうか？
名前と人数を書いて
席にご案内頂くのに5分？もうちょっと…
店内は、ビルの地下とは思えない古民家風
置いてある調度や家具もアンティークです。
壁一面に食器が展示されていて
私の後ろは、蕎麦ちょこでしょうか？
圧巻の眺めです。
案内いただいた席は、
円形のカンターで仕切りがあり
人目が気にならない感じで
お箸・おしぼり・お茶が準備されてました。
ランチの定食頼んでしまいましたが
1,200円でビールと盛り合わせもありました。
カツ飲み出来たんだー。またもや心残り。
そんなことを考えていると
サラダとお新香が出てきました。
お代わり自由とのこと。うれしい。
サラダをモリモリ頂くと…
ドレッシングは、青紫蘇でしょうか
さっぱり爽やかなお味です。
途中、とんかつソースに手を出し、
よせば良かったのですが、超辛口…
本当に辛かったです。涙目
お新香は、どれも美味しく
野沢菜・キムチ・柚子大根？
柚子大根は、にんにくが香る気がしました。
キムチに引きずられている？
ちなみに、こちらのキムチも辛かったです。
病み上がり、辛いのが苦手になったかなぉ。
そうこうしていると…
待望のメンチカツ到着です。
ご飯は、白米と青紫蘇ご飯が選べて
紫蘇ご飯にしました。
紫のゆかりご飯の様な塩気のあるご飯です。
お味噌汁は、木の大振りのお椀に
ナメコと豆腐角切りの赤だしでした。
とんかつ屋さんの定番。好きなお味噌汁です。
ご飯とお味噌汁もおかわり出来ます。
肝心のメンチカツは、
ふんわり、パン粉が荒くサクサクしています。
そして、何より、肉汁出ちゃってます。
4つ切りの真ん中、
おバカなので横倒しにしてしまいましたが…
それじゃダメじゃん
肉汁溢れてしまいました。泣
とんかつソースで頂きました。
ソースもお野菜の旨味か？
とても複雑で美味しいソースでした。
メニューは、ロースやヒレも考えましたが、
豚手こねかつ定食のコスパは最強です。
なぜなら、手ごねかつは、充分にカツだから。
メンチカツと言うと
お肉たっぷりコロッケ的なイメージでしたけど
ただひたすら柔らかくジューシーなお肉でした。
結局、サラダ・お新香・お味噌汁をお代わりして
完食❕
大満足で、ちょっと動き出せませんでした。苦笑
で、15年間の食べ納め
アンティークな空間で、往年に思いを馳せつつ
満腹に…
