表の看板の旨そうな厚切り肉の生姜焼きが目に留まりIN、入口から地下に下ります。テーブルに着くとびっくりドンキーの様にメニューがデデーンと立っています、店員さんがオーダーを取りに来ます、生姜焼きを食べようと思って入ったのですが、その値段(¥3300)に怖くなり思わず、ローストンカツ150g(¥2600)を注文してしまいました、ヘタレですね、￥700しか変わらないんですが¥3000オーバーの食事と言われると怖いんですよね、次は食べるぞと。ライスが普通のご飯と紫蘇入りがあって紫蘇ご飯を選択。店内は昭和モダンな感じでとても落ち着きます。ローストンカツ、千切りキャベツ、赤出汁、お新香。出揃った所で頂きますか、先ずはお口を整える意味でも赤出汁から。
赤出汁~~~シンプルなお豆腐にワカメ、赤出汁ですがそんなにパンチは無く、出汁加減は上々で無難な味ですが、器は大きくこの先結構頼りそうな予感。
ローストンカツ~~~私の中のお約束通り最初は端から2番目から頂くのですが、銘柄豚を使っていると言うことで最初はソースでは無くお塩で頂いてみる事にします、卓上のお塩は岩塩ですね、粒が大きいので塩分摂りすぎに注意しながら少量振り掛けガブっと。衣はとても軽いサクサク感、お肉はかなり分厚いのですが、おやっと思うほど柔らかいです、火入れは軽めで中心部はややピンク、豚の香りも来ますねえ。塩でも全然行けますね、ソースも試してみますか、出されたソースをちょっと掛けて頂きます。ポン酢風味のソースですね、銘柄豚の香りを邪魔しない様にとの配慮でしょう、中々良く合ってると思いますよ。両方食べ比べた感じ個人的には塩が良くてですね、、あとは全部塩でいきました、お肉は低温調理で柔らかく仕上げたのだと思いますが、そのせいか見方によっては水っぽいとか、脂身部分の味が弱くなってしまってるかなと。私的には脂身部分を楽しみにするタイプなのでお肉を柔らかくしようとすると、その部分が犠牲になるのかと。
サックサクの衣と柔らかいお肉が印象的なトンカツ。紫蘇ご飯も良かったですね、これはアリかと、赤出汁は個人的には大変好きなので良かったのですが。、ちょっとヌルイですよ、もっと熱々希望。お新香は3種出てきましたが野沢菜以外は要らないかも、次回は勇気を出して恐ろしい値段の生姜焼きを頂こうかな。
