入店して人数を告げると暫し待った後、立看板のようなメニューボードが用意された席に案内されます。店内は書や陶磁器がディスプレイされ雰囲気があります。
立看板を眺めていると大きな海老フライにかぶりつきたくなり、旬のカキフライも合わせて注文しました。ご飯は青紫蘇ご飯です。サラダ、お新香もたっぷりです。
大海老フライは頭と身を離して身にかぶりつきます。オリジナルのタルタルソースが淡白な海老の身の旨さを引き上げます。頭の兜部分を外してミソと僅かな頭肉までほじくり出して堪能しました。
牡蠣フライは複数個まとめて団子状にしたものなのでとても重いです。箸上げすると手首がプルプルして腱鞘炎になりそうです。こちらもかぶりつけばトロッとした牡蠣の身とウマ汁にクラクラします。
