お客さんと商談後にお昼を一緒に食べる事となった。
つまり、経費で食べられるという事で、大変いやしい自分はここをチョイス。
実際は、「かつ吉」に行ったつもりだったが、入ってから、「菩提樹」である事に気づいたという始末。
まあ兄弟店のようだし、ランチにとんかつがあるので、ここでよしとした。
店内、かなり席数はあるが、どうも人が足りていないようで客が待っていて、すぐに席にが案内しない。
ちょっと入口の受付で待機し、漸く席へ。
ロースカツを注文。
\1,980と会社の金で食べるのにちょうどいい価格設定
（周りは小金持ちそうなじいちゃん、ばあちゃんが優雅にランチビールを決めて、ジュージュー鉄板の上で焼かれているハンバーグを食べている）。
150gかな。
ちょっと小ぶりだが、厚みは十分なとんかつで、衣は成蔵系とまではいかないが、白い。
じっくり揚げる調理法。
入口にあったが、流石の「岩中豚」。
脂がとんでもなく甘いし、肉質もきめ細やか。
大変美味しいとんかつ。
赤出汁、キムチ、野沢菜、大根漬物、ご飯（シソ混ぜ）はお代わり自由で、このとんかつのクウォリティなら、
\1,980は決して高くなく、妥当と思う。
さすがの老舗。
