たん熊は本家筋と親族の暖簾分けのお店があって
コチラの熊北店は分家筋のお店みたいデス。
この日は早めのディナー希望と言う事で17時から営業しているここをチョイス
席間隔もゆったり目 少しプライベート感もあるパーテーションで仕切られていました。
今回は一休プランのシャンパンが付いた7500円のコースをチョイス

比較的軽めの食事内容
東京ドームを見ながら目の前で注いでくれます。
お店によってはグラスでシャンパンです。どうぞと置かれるよりかは断然いい。(笑)

確かわさび菜のお浸しって言ってたかな。
ほのかにピリッとする大人の美味しい爽やかな味
俵二段重
八寸のように前菜が少しづつ綺麗に盛り付けされていて美味しい。
お刺身類は3種類でマグロ・カンパチ・タイ。

銀鱈みそ漬け
しっかりとした味付け
みその風味も広がりかなり脂ノリノリ～。
炊き合わせ
お野菜煮
里芋や聖護院蕪など素材の特徴が生かしてあって優しい味わい
細かく入った海老も野菜が邪魔せず素人でも手が込んでるなぁ。とわかる炊き合わせでした。

赤味噌のお味噌汁と浅利ご飯
午後雨煮と香の物
浅利ご飯の味付けがあっさりしていたので牛肉のしぐれ煮は甘辛くてご飯が進む～。
味噌汁はなめことお豆腐が入ってました。
お替りご飯が貰えたのでもう1杯(笑)
かなり小さめのお茶碗なので女性でも食べれちゃう。
味噌汁のお替りも貰えるのは嬉しい～。
デザート盛り合わせ
ほうじ茶のブラマンジェとフルーツ添え
ほうじ茶の香ばしさがフワっと広がりプルプル～
イチゴも甘くてみずみずしい。
ホテルの中での食事は落ち着いてゆっくり話をしながら頂けるのでおススメねっ。
サービスもホテルクオリティー
内装は高級感はないけど東京ドームを見ながらのお食事はちょっと特別感があるかな。
堅苦しい感じもないので気軽に京料理を楽しむ場所としてはいいのかもぉ。
