Tankuma is located on the 4th floor of Tokyo Dome Hotel. I've only ever been to Teppanyaki, but this time I went for tempura. I ordered the Aoi course. You can choose three seafood dishes from the menu. I chose the unusual sea urchin, clams, and abalone. First, the sashimi. Sashimi is average! Next, the shrimp shells, which were delicious. There are three types of Wajima salt. Suzu salt is delicious. I'd like to go again when the people in Noto have calmed down. While I was thinking that, next came the shrimp meat. It was sweet and delicious. They said the asparagus was from Gunma Prefecture, but this was also the best! It was second only to the Hokkaido asparagus I had at Ono in Hatchobori a long time ago. It was my first time to try the sea urchin, clam, and abalone tempura, but they were all delicious! I forgot to take pictures, but I also enjoyed the cod buds and butterbur sprouts, which were in season. They also made the final kudzu sashimi in front of me, which was also delicious!
