排骨飯が絶品でした
平日ランチに利用しました。
注文したのは、
排骨飯（パイコーハン）セット（980円）
人気No2の、排骨飯＋担仔麺＋小皿のセットです。
排骨は、豚肉のスペアリブの揚げ物。
衣が少なくて素揚げのような感じでした。
日本で排骨といえば豚カツのようなものが多いですが、本場はこんな感じなんですかね。
甘いタレの味付けが丁度良い塩梅でとても美味しい。
肉が内側に折り曲がっているので見た目よりだいぶ大きいです。
ご飯がうっすらとゴマ油？で味付けしてあるので、これが肉と良く合う。
思っていた以上に凄く美味しかったです。
セットの担仔麺は、沖縄そばのような感じかな。
出汁が効いていてとても美味しかったです。
単品とセットは100円差なので、セットが断然おススメです。
ふらっと入った店でしたが、凄く美味しくてビックリしました。
本場の台湾料理ってこんなに美味しいんだー。
次回は人気No1の魯肉飯（ルーローハン）セットを食べに来ます。

前回、排骨飯（パイコーハン）が絶品だったので再訪。
今度は、人気No1の 魯肉飯セット（980円）を注文。
・ルーロー飯
・担仔麺
・サラダ
のセットです。
前回は、台湾鉄道弁当風のステンレスの容器だったのですが、今回は残念ながら普通の丼ぶり。
あのステンレス容器に入っているだけで不思議と美味しく感じるんですよねー。
甘辛い味付けの柔らかい豚肉と野菜がたっぷり。
思っていたより八角弱めに感じました。
日本人向けの味にしてるのかな？
担仔麺とサラダは前回と同じで美味しい。
この２つセットで100円増しはとてもお得です。
個人的には前回食べた排骨飯の方が好みでした。
ランチに麺類もいくつかあるので、そちらも試してみようと思います。
