本格・台湾料理として老舗のこちら。
何十年も前なりますが、美味しいもの好きの、編集部の先輩に連れられ、何回か行った事があります。
町中華とは違う、変わった風味の香辛料や味付けに、異国の風情を感じました。
その先輩が亡くなったと風の噂で聞きました。
台湾式のド派手な葬式まではいきませんが、
まあ、慰霊のために、こちらにて勝手に精進落とし～。

場所は神保町と水道橋のちょうど真ん中ぐらい。
せまい階段を登った二階となります。
■排骨飯セットを注文
排骨とは、豚の肋骨付近の肉を揚げた中華料理。
「排骨飯」は台鉄の駅弁として有名で、こちらもステンレス製の弁当箱で再現しているとの事
（ただし台湾では回収率が低くかったため、現在は紙製となってしまった）。
五分少々で着丼。
排骨のヴィジュアルが超ウマそう～。こりゃヤバいレベル（笑）。
それではといただいてみれば、
ﾔｯﾊﾟﾘ (ﾟдﾟ) 激ｳﾏｰ
骨の周りの肉が一番ウマいと言われるけど、その通り！と思いました。
誰も見て無かったら、骨をしゃぶりつくしていたでしょう。
上に載っている肉味噌も、ほのかに五香粉の風味があってたまらないし、高菜もいい仕事してる。
みそ汁替わりかな、小さな担仔麺も美味しくいただきました。
久しぶりに来てみれば、滅茶苦茶ウマい店でした。
こちらは老舗で、いつでもあるのが当たり前と思われている節があります。
でも、いつまでもあるとは限りません。
