会社の同僚との食事会でしたが、そのうちの1人がこのお店を紹介してくれ、是非行きたいお店！ということで、伺いました
まずは台湾ビール金牌をオーダーして、待つ間に食事メニューを見つつ、既訪の方に伺いつつ、探してみました
お勧めのイカ団子、小籠包、台湾厚揚げ豆腐、季節の青菜炒め、マコモダケ、豚角煮等をオーダーしましたが、いずれも想像していた中華料理とは違う味わいで、なんとなく体に優しい味わいで、ある意味薬膳？的な感覚も覚えました
また、海老入り揚げ春巻き、豚角煮も絶品でした
こうした料理に合わせて、ビールの後はやはり紹興酒だよね！ということで、金門高粱酒(10年)を2本も開けてしまいました
締めは、牛肉麺と魯肉飯をお願いして、シェアしましたが、これらも期待以上でした
お店のスタッフの方も丁寧に対応いただいたことも、好印象です
初めての台湾料理でしたが、また伺いたいお店を見つけることができました
