神保町駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にある喫茶店 珈琲舎 蔵。
狭い階段を上がったところで営業されている、かなりレトロな雰囲気の喫茶店。2021年2022年喫茶店百名店に選出されています。
マスターが一人で切り盛りされていることもあって、時間帯によっては満席でなくても入店制限をされているそう。平日の夕方は比較的空いており、狙い目の時間帯です。

◾アイスココア
コーヒーが人気のお店ではありますが、敢えて普段注文しないようなメニューに挑戦。出来合いのココアを使用している訳では無さそうで、丁寧に注文を受けてから淹れてくれている印象です。
元々甘味はついておらず、シロップで好みの甘さ加減に調整できるのも嬉しいポイント。ふんわりとしたエスプーマのミルクのおかげで、まろやかな食感も感じられました！
