夏の冷麺は，これ！「正宗担々冷麺」JR水道橋駅と春日駅のちょうど中間地点あたりに，「志苑」という中華料理のお店があって，時々利用しています。
東京ドームシティの中にも中華のお店はありますが，あそこで同じ金額を使うんだったら，「志苑」の方が満足度は高いと思います。並ぶこともほとんどありません。ランチのメインは，日替わり，大陸，ハーフの3種類あって，盛りも多いので，食べ盛り，お腹ぺこぺこなヒトには，かなり満足できると思います。１時を過ぎていると，コーヒーかアイスコーヒーが付いてきます。
で，夏の間だけ食べられるメニューの「正宗担々冷麺」。
今の時期，一番のオススメです。
口の中に入れた瞬間，ふわっと広がるなんとも言えない香りに，まず魅了されました。辛さと酸っぱさはほどほど。ゴマと甜醤油（テンジャンユ）の香ばしさと甘みも濃厚。麺はコシのある平打ちストレート。汁はそれほどかかっていないので，しっかり混ぜてからいただきます。

で，嬉しいことに，そぼろ（っていうのかな）が，かなり多いので，上手に食べても麺が終わっても余ります。
これを一緒に出てくる葉っぱで，包んで食べると，また，美味しいんですよね。ご飯（雑穀）を一緒につけることもできるので，その上に載せてガツガツいくのもOK。
中国では，担々麺は汁なしがオリジナルという話を聞くと，こんな感じなのかなと思いますが，近くに来たら，寄っていく価値のある一品だと思います。
