連日の麻婆豆腐、今日はここで食べようとちょっと足を伸ばしてみました
店の前のメニュー看板、土鍋麻婆豆腐が完売だと・・・
どうしようか迷いましたが、ここまで来たので、とりあえず入って考えようと。
入口で出迎えられ、空いているテーブル席に案内されます。
で、メニューを眺め人気NO.1の志苑特製 坦々麺（870円）をオーダーする事に。
大盛無料なんで、店員さんから普通盛りでよいですかと聞かれます。
この日は夜に予定があったので、軽くにと思い普通盛りで。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気、ホールの女性店員さん達はテキパキ動いていて、
感じもいいですね。
オーダーから約6分後に着丼です。
見た目は、まぁ普通の担々麺、奇をてらった所は一切ありません。
スープの色味から、辛さは期待できないかなと。
早速スープを一口、見た目の印象通り、全く辛さを感じません。クリーミーと
までは言いませんが、とてもマイルドな味わいです。
麺はかなりの細麺、茹で加減はかなり柔らかめ。ちょっと自分の好みとは
違ったかな。
スープは少な目、麺を食べ終わると、丼にはあまりスープが残りません。
味を含めて、全体にはあまりインパクトを感じない、そんな担々麺でした。
これが一番人気なんですね。
それよりも、完売してた麻婆豆腐がやはり気になります。こちらは辛さを
味わえるんでしょうか。
お会計、電子マネー等は使えないようで、現金での支払いです。
