JR水道橋駅、三田線水道橋駅から徒歩5分
白山通りの東京ドームの向かい側歩道の方面です。
平日ランチタイムの訪問です。
時間帯としても、サラリーマンが集合する時間でしたが、店内が広いので待たずに座れました。
ホールスタッフは、お一人で切り盛りされていたので
大忙しの様子でしたが、テキパキと慣れた対応の
20代と見られる方がスタッフさんでした。
返答や行動が早くて、感心しました。
ランチメニューが全品900円でした。
頼んだお品
◯ 麻婆豆腐(ランチメニューの定食)900円
土鍋の麻婆豆腐、ご飯、中華風卵スープ、
レタスサラダ
人が多くて、待ち時間はありましたが
読み通りの時間に麻婆豆腐が
スタッフさんにより運ばれて来ました。
辛くて、大変、熱々。
調味料には豆板醤や豆鼓醬、ラー油、花椒塩等、麻婆豆腐に使う基本的な香辛料の味がします。
評判のお店だけあって、とっても美味しかったです。
この調子で、麻婆豆腐をはじめとする沢山の美味しい中華をこれからも食べ続けていきたいので、デリケートな胃を労わって何とか保ちます。
以前、別の日程で来たら入れなくって、念願の入店が叶いました(喜)！
本当に文字通りの美味しい中華だったので
次は坦々麺を楽しみにして訪問します。
