娘の試合応援で東京体育館に行ったついでに、前々から行きたかったこちらへ。
JR水道橋駅から徒歩5分程度と便利な立地。
12時半頃に着いたら平日のランチタイムということもあり店内満席だったけど、ちょうど入れ替わりで殆ど待つことなく通されました。
ランチメニュー各種の中から「シンガポールの代表料理」ということで、シンガポールチキンライスそれも蒸しと揚げの両方が楽しめるハーフ&ハーフ（1,000円）をオーダー。
待つこと5分くらいでご対面。
蒸した鶏肉と揚げた鶏肉、3種類のソース、スープにライス。ライスはチキンのスープで炊いたジャスミンライス。ちゃんとタイ米でした。
ソースはネギと生姜、チリ、甘めの醤油っぽいやつの3種類。その中でもネギ生姜のソースが一番美味しかったかな。蒸した鶏肉は柔らかく、一方で揚げた方は唐揚げに近い感じだけどこちらも柔らかくて美味い。
これに硬めに炊かれたジャスミンライスがバッチリ合ってご飯が進みあっという間に完食。
次に来た時もハーフ&ハーフで決まりですね。
