珍しくちょっとだけいつもより遅くまで働いていたら、同僚から「軽く一杯」に誘われた。
大久保に用事が有ったので水道橋駅周辺でよければと、快諾した。
特に外看板とか、前情報もなく、本当に通りがかりで何となく入店したので、「\50焼き鳥」推しの資本系の店だと気づいたのは後から。
厨房内の動きが見える、カウンター席に通された。
とりあえずの生ビールで乾杯。
お通しは生キャベツに辛みそでシンプル。
頼んだもの以下の通り。
串もの各種：勿論、それなりにポーションは小さく、味も特別いいわけではないが、全てが値上げしている中、これが\50で食べられるのはすごい事だと思う。炭火でちゃんと焼いているし。
月見マルチョウ：名物らしい。キャベツの千切りの上に脂でぶりんぶりんなマルチョウが鎮座しており、これに卵黄を絡めて食べる。マルチョウの甘い脂がじゅんじゅわー。おじさんは1つか、2つも食べれば十分だけど。
わらじコロッケ：予想以上にでかかった。分かりにくいと思うけど、一味のボトルを横に置いてみた。綺麗に整いすぎた形からしても、業務用冷凍食品な事は確実。
レバテキ：本当に軽くあぶった程度のグレーゾーンな豚のればてき。臭みはなかった。
炒めビーフン：目の前の調理人が中国人だったので、頼みたくなった。シャキシャキ野菜に、ぱつっとした歯ごたえのビーフンで美味しかった。
厨房前の席だけに中の様子がよく見えるのだが、かなり冷凍食品、業務用品（タレとかそのまま使っている）を多用しているのもまるわかり。
別にそういったものが悪いとは思わないし、この値段のこの雰囲気の店だから、仕方ないと思うが、大体、味の想像や原価の透けてみえるものは外食でわざわざお金を払っては食べたくないという
個人的な拘りがあるので、再訪はないかな。
