ちょっとお肉をご馳走してくれるってので、平日の夜にこちらに訪問。
まずはサラダとネギタン。落ちないように半分に畳んで食べる。肉をひっくり返す必要はない。
塩もいいんだろうけど、タレで食べてみる。旨い！ ここってタレが美味しいんだな。
絶品だったのはすだれ肩ロース。肉は焼く時に伸ばすとすだれのようになる。
それをハサミで切って食べるのだが、肉が柔らかい。脂もちょうどよく乗っているが赤みがメインなのだけど、箸で切れるほどに柔らかく口の中で溶けた。
そしてサガリもタレ。こっちも文句なく美味しいな～。
なるほど人気なお店なのがよくわかるお店だった。
