最近ダイエットを始めたため外食を控えていましたが、この日は水道橋でランチを取ることに。
オシャレな外観のこちらのお店は、何度かお店の前を通ったことはあったけど初訪問。
思ったよりも奥行きのある店内で、内観も落ち着いていて良い雰囲気です。
12時ちょっと過ぎに伺ったところ、店内は半分くらいの埋まり具合でしたが、料理が運ばれてくる頃には満席になっていました。
この日いただいたのは、一番ヘルシーそうだった豚しゃぶとめかぶトロロ丼です。
最初にセットのサラダとスープが運ばれてきて、5分後くらいにメインがやってきます。
刻み海苔、青ネギ、温玉、豚しゃぶ、トロロ、めかぶが入っていて、よくかき混ぜてから食べるように案内されます。
見た目の色味が薄かったので、何かタレや醤油をかけるのかと思いましたが、思ったよりしっかりとタレの味が付いていて美味しい。
トロロもすりおろしているわけじゃないので、シャクシャクとした食感があるし、めかぶのねばねばや、温玉のマイルドさや海苔の風味、豚しゃぶのヘルシーなお肉感も良い。
なかなかバランスの良いランチだと思います。
店員さんの接客も感じ良いし、値段もリーズナブルなので、人気なのも頷けます。
ダイエットが落ち着いたら、ディナータイムにも行ってみたいお店です。
