2023年7月12日夜、初訪。外観が渋く、気になっていたおでんの店。口開け直後に1人で突撃
【総評】
・1935年創業のおでんの老舗
・年嵩のご夫婦お二人で切盛り
・当代は二代目で後継者は不在のよう
・コロナ禍では休業
・その間、おでんのつゆは冷凍倉庫に
保管依頼。伝統の味を守っていた
・つゆは旨味の過剰感がなく、タネの味
を邪魔しない
・手作り感のある多種類のタネを揃え
価格は良心的
・良店だと思うが、常連様メインの客層
・1回限りの一見のネット民が訪問する
のは馴染まないお店だと思うので
評価は敢えて抑えている
・冬場に是非再訪したい
・9月は当代の入院で休業されていたが
19日から営業再開しているよう

おでんのメニューに価格の記載がないので、内訳は不明だが、2千円台で収まるようサービスしてくれたようでありがたい
最初にキリンラガー大瓶を注文し、おでんは2回に分けて11種を注文

(2回目)大根、つみれ、しゅうまい巻、じゃがいも、ボール
