（2022年1月初訪問）
平日ランチです。
この日は余裕があったので神保町を訪問。
向かったのはこちらの中華料理屋さん。
訪問時間 13:00ちょいすぎ。
あまり込み合うことはありませんでした。
2階の個室へエスコート。
そこは掘りごたつの個室でした。
テーブルにお茶とコップはセットされています。
メニューじっくり見てお願いしたのは、
なんと生まれて初めて食べるよだれ鶏定食980円。
白米、スープ、サラダ―、お新香、杏仁豆腐、13時以降はコーヒーついてこのお値段。
5分ほどで定食が提供です。
スープは玉子スープ、サラダは大根のされだです。
黒い器によだれ鶏、力強いビジュアル。
タレは粘度の高い麻辣胡麻ダレ。
鶏肉は結構なハイボリュームですねえ。
鶏肉の下にはもやし、ソースにはところどころにピーナッツ。
一面にゴマと刻まれた青ネギ。
TOPにらっきょ2個。
写真ではTOPは大量のパクチーでしたが、
パクチーでなくてよかった！
さてよだれ鶏いただきます。
鶏肉はしっとりでとても柔らかい食感。
あら、これいいかも！
たっぷりとタレを付けてからいただきます。
口の中に入れた瞬間は胡麻の香りと甘みを感じます。
しばらくすると辛さがやってきますが、それほどではないです。
鶏肉自体に下味はありませんの、タレはたっぷり目に付けたほうが味わい深いです。
ご飯は中サイズのお茶碗に、山盛りです(笑)
お米が艶々してますねえ！
気持ち硬めの炊き加減でよい食感。
しっかりコメの香りもしています、いいですねえ。
玉子スープはさっぱりした味わい。
気持ちだけ塩味が強め。
この塩味がよだれ鶏で痺れかけた状態で飲むと、
さらに塩味を強く感じます。
ささっといただいて食後のアイスコーヒーは辞退。
なんせ片道15分ほどですからのんびりしてられません。
コートをもって個室を出たら出口をロスト(笑)
しまった、通りかかったスタッフに聞いてしまいました。
皆さんも迷わないようにね(笑)
総じてスタッフの型の対応は良いです。
なんともほのぼのとした空気が漂ってました。

次回はチャーハンを食べてみたい
