About a week ago, I made a reservation for 12/5 18:30 for 4-5 people, so please give me one table. I spent the time with appetizers and beer until everyone gathered. I'm glad they have Hoegaarden on draft. It's a Belgian beer with a fruity flavor. After chatting for a while over about two glasses of beer, it's time to attack the meat. Since this is a pork bar, that is, a restaurant that takes pride in its pork, it's best to have Pork Dishes, especially dishes that you can't eat alone. So, we ordered the Fujigamine Pork Pork Platter and the Superb! Spare Ribs Howdy BBQ. Both are large dishes that everyone can share. The Fujigamine Pork Platter is an assortment of loin and fillet. It is served with salt, pepper, and wasabi soy sauce. The Superb! Spare Ribs Howdy BBQ is a dish of Fujigamine Pork spare ribs marinated in a special sauce, grilled on the surface, and then carefully cooked in the oven. It was very delicious with the sweet and spicy sauce and melted cheese, with a juicy taste. We enjoyed the flavor of all the pork, which was raised on dark beer. And of course, we finished off with curry. The specialty of Tonbar Pigtail is the foie gras curry. It is a luxurious dish with a generous slice of foie gras placed on top of curry rice. The rich flavors of curry and foie gras are a delicious combination. Another dish is pork curry with whole tomatoes. This is also an impressive dish with a whole peeled tomato on top. The combination of rich pork curry and refreshing tomato makes for a pleasant curry. We enjoyed the menu, which is said to be delicious when eaten together. It was fun and delicious! I came to Pig Bar PigTail in a manual elevator that I don't know how long it will last. The ritual to start a conversation is an aperitif. Today's Prosciutto coppa and wine made the conversation lively. It is Prosciutto with a firm texture and the more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes. For curry, I ordered the spicy series called Angry Pork Curry. I made it a little less spicy to match the bourbon soda. I imagine it to be about 10 times spicier than Ethiopia. It's a curry made with high-quality pork raised on dark beer and stewed in dark beer. It goes well with the sweetness of the bourbon. It was very delicious.

と、徒歩2分くらいの間に、8軒くらいも店が並ぶ。その中で、明らかに酒飲みのためにある店が一軒ある。

豚のバルピッグテイルだ。
挨拶はハウディ！だぜ。

テンガロンハットをかぶった店主が出迎えてくれるぞ！

店のそこかしこに豚の像を見かけるゾウ！おっとゾウなんて言ってしまった。こいつは失礼！

というわけで、仲間はハウディ！と集まった。

今日は阿蘇のトマトサワーを飲むとしよう。

カレーは、名物豚フィレフォアグラカレーがこの店のウリだ。

でも、思えば自分は素のままのピッグテイルを食べたことがない気がしたので、今回は黒ビール豚カレーを注文した。

豚って旨みがいっぱい出るんだよね。他のカレーメニューのもととなるこのカレーが今まで以上に美味しく感じて、ちょっと嬉しかった。

自分のフォアグラもでかいぞと自慢しそうな仲間がフォアグラカレーを食べる。隣ではまるごとトマトのカレーをガッツガッツと食べる顔が見える。みんなでカレーって楽しいね。
