神田カレースタンプラリーの9店舗目で訪れました。こちらはバーボンが有名なウエスタンをコンセプトとしたお店のようです。せっかくなので黒ビール豚カレーを注文しました。マスターは注文を受けてから調理する方式のようです。
ワンオペでやっているために、運ばれてきたのは10分ほどしてから。その間、おいしそうな香りが漂っておりました。先にバーボンとグレープフルーツの半分サイズのものがお通しとして出されました。テーブルチャージ\400のようです。カレーだけの場合はかからないのかな？
バーボンは味がしっかりしていて好みの味わい。カレーはほんの少し苦みがあってバランスは良いかと思います。個人的にはもう少し豚肉があるとよいのになーと思いつつ。
また夜、今度は友人とともに訪れたいものです。
