A restaurant where you can enjoy Okinawan Cuisine, awamori, shochu, and plum wine, located right next to the west exit of Suidobashi Station in Kanda Misaki-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. I think there were several all-you-can-drink menus, including only awamori and only plum wine. Used it at the 2020 New Year's party. ★Sea grapes ★Jimāmi tofu ★Bitter gourd champuru ★Sawmin champuru ★Rafute slowly simmered for 12 hours, etc.Everyone ordered whatever they wanted.The rafute was exactly as it was written, stewed thoroughly and was very soft and flavorful. The stain quality is also excellent. I compared two types of Champuru, bitter gourd and somen. Personally, I preferred this one because the bitterness of bitter gourd matched well. ★Kikunoro "Kikunoro Sake Brewery", Miyakojima City, Okinawa Prefecture Awamori made by ``Kumesen Sake Brewery'' in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture.Although the alcohol content is 30%, it has a smooth and mellow sweetness and is easy to drink.★Kumesen from Kumejima Awamori made by ``Kumesen Sake Brewery'' in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture.This awamori is made with water added to 25% alcohol. Although it is less mellow than Ori and Kikunoro, it has a sweeter aroma.It's up to you which one you prefer.★Tekkan Authentic potato shochu made by Ogatama Sake Brewery in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture.Made in a jar. Apparently, it has a characteristic smooth texture that comes from that.It's probably due to the white koji fermentation, making it refreshingly mellow and easy to drink.Ryukyu folk songs? Everyone enjoyed the party while listening to the acoustics.
