沖縄に行ったり、沖縄料理のお店に入ったときによく頼むのが「チャンプルー」。
その「チャンプルー」の中でも一番有名なのは、やはり「ゴーヤーチャンプルー」でしょうが、沖縄では「ゴーヤーチャンプルー」以外にも多くの種類の「チャンプルー」があります。
菜っ葉類はもちろん、豆腐やソーメン、麩などのチャンプルーを楽しむことが出来るのです。
この日はとても寒い日だったので、温かい沖縄に行きたいと思い、ランチに沖縄料理のお店に行くことに。
お邪魔したのは「琉球・梅酒ダイニング てぃーだ 水道橋店」という沖縄料理のお店。
お店はＪＲ水道橋駅にほど近い雑居ビルの地下にあります。ＪＲ水道橋駅周辺には沖縄料理を楽しむことが出来るお店が何軒かあります。
地下なので暗めの店内。壁の色を沖縄らしい明るめにしたほうがいいと思いました。
メニューはゴーヤとラフテーだけは大きな扱い。そして壁には「ゴーヤーチャンプルー」だけが別格のオシ。
これは頼まないわけにはいかないでしょう！？「通好みのゴーヤーチャンプルー定食(980円)」。
ゴーヤというと、やはり夏の食材というイメージがありますが、温かい沖縄では通年収穫することができるようです。
とても身が厚いゴーヤです。これほど厚みのあるゴーヤはあまり見たことがありません。
そして島豆腐とスパムを一緒に玉子を絡めたチャンプルー。少し塩気が勝っていました。
定食にはキャベツミニサラダと、わかめスープ、デザートが付いていました。
「通好み」というのがどういう意味かは少しわかりかねましたが、千円以下で沖縄の味を楽しめるのはよかったです。ご馳走様でした。
