神保町には似つかわしくない笑、とってもおしゃれなケーキ屋さん！
朝facebookでその日のケーキのラインナップを知ることができるそうですが、今回のお目当てはキッシュ！
この日のキッシュはほうれん草とベーコン！
the王道のキッシュです。
こちらのキッシュは背の高さが特徴的。この高さを出しているパイがサクッと食感で美味しい♡
ぷるぷるの中の生地もしっかり塩味を感じます。具沢山だしこのぷるぷる具合がまるで茶碗蒸しのようで笑、本当に美味しい！！
丁寧に焼かれたキッシュという印象でした。
他の口コミをみるとやはりタルトが圧倒的人気のよう(^◇^;)
この日は早めの時間だったせいか焼きリンゴや、モンブランなどラインナップも豊富だったので買っておけばよかったと後悔しました笑
お店は結構広いのですが、イートインはなし。テイクアウト専門のお店になります。
これだけスペースがあるなら数席イートインがあるとさらに流行りそう…
