「川府 神保町店」
神保町でランチをとることになり、うどんの名店「丸香」に行くことに。しかし、なんと休業日！
嫁と絶望に打ちひしがれて入った店がここ。嫁曰く刀削麺が美味しいらしい。
【注文したもの】
・四川風坦々刀削麺
人生初の刀削麺。不揃いでモチっとした食感が面白い。
豆板醤や辣油のピリッとした辛さは多少あるが、想像してた程の辛さではない。もっと辛いのが好みではある。
トッピングの小松菜のシャキシャキ感が良いアクセント。
いりごまが掛かっているが、スープにねりごま、すりごまの風味がなく、旨味が少し薄いかな…
