東京・神田神保町の裏路地にあるこじんまりしたお蕎麦屋さん。
天丼セットが名物です。
本日は東京・神保町。
《蕎麦処 大宣》の天丼セットB900円です。
天丼が食べたくなったら、ここに来ます。
カラッとした天婦羅に、甘めなタレの味付け。
お蕎麦もついて、お腹満腹セットです。
天丼セットは2種類あって、
Aは、海老が2尾
Bは、野菜中心
ともに900円です。
野菜の天婦羅が好きなので、Bセット
野菜天3品＋きす天 を注文。
ご飯少なめの天丼。
天婦羅が盛り上がってます！
獅子唐・ナス・ピーマンで、
茶色多めの天婦羅が鮮やかに。
サクッと揚がって美味いです
ご飯が少なめなので、胃にもたれず
お蕎麦を楽しめます。
お蕎麦の返しは、醤油が濃いめ。
お蕎麦を少しつけるくらいで丁度良いです。
