【むじなそば】…”たぬきの揚げ玉”と
“きつねの油揚げ”が一緒に入っているそば
あっさりとした甘汁の温そばに揚げ玉と
油揚げの甘みを添えて同じ穴のムジナを食す

気になってたこちらの店を初訪問
実はこちら、“豊田園”というお茶屋でもあり
蕎麦屋の“大宣”とWネームをもつお店だ
カウンター席でメニューを眺める
うどんが稲庭というのにも気を惹かれたが、
初訪の今回は、やっぱりそばだろうと
＜むじなそば・680円＞を注文した
立食いそばと本格そばの中庸な価格帯で
店員に訊くと二八で打っているのだそう
手頃な値段で本格そばを食せるのはいいね
生めん茹でたてで“むじなそば”が供された
具は、油揚げと天かす以外にワカメと蒲鉾
甘汁をレンゲで口へはこぶと
あっさりとしていてカエシ薄め
細めの麺は、ちょっと弱腰
箸で引き上げるもホロホロと切れる
油揚げと天かすの甘みを絡めたり、
ワカメの風味を添えながら食べ進めた
今度来たら稲庭うどんいただいてみよう
せっかくお茶屋さんでもあるから
オススメのお茶あたりも試飲できたらいいな
