神田神保町でご兄弟で営まれているこじんまりしたお店。
わたるとはお父様のお名前とか。
どんだけ父LOVE❤️?
友人のおすすめでおまかせを選択。
3500.4500.5500の3つ。品数は同じだけど食材によるのだそう。
今日は真ん中4500円コースに✨
歯応えのある甘いお豆の前菜に
複数のきのこの香りと鬼おろしの大根の歯応えが良いきのこおろし。
ごぼうの胡麻和えに菜花のおひたしに続いて胡麻の香りが香ばしいしめ鯖。
大根とナンコツ煮は煮含められた大根が瑞々しい。
どれも気を衒わずにきちんとした味。
山菜の天ぷらをお塩でいただき、締めのお蕎麦。
今日のは栃木の蕎麦粉の二八蕎麦と
北海道蕎麦粉とのブレンドの一九蕎麦。
どちらも香り高くあまーい
各々に合うお酒を冷、ぬる燗、熱燗とお薦めいただきもう満腹ー！
ではあるのですが、こちらのデザートもなんとも秀逸なラインナップで。
バターアイスと小豆の最中まで
満腹の胃を抱え、野菜多いし、ヘルシーなはずと自分に言い聞かせるのでした
