神保町にある「イル・ヴィコーレ 神田神保町店」さんを訪問。
靖国通り沿いにあるイタリアンレストランですね。
イタリアの国旗が靡いています。
前日、軽い筋トレをしたので、なるべくタンパク質を摂りたい気分だったので、ネットで調べて、良さそうなメニューを出している「イル・ヴィコーレ」さんを訪問することにしました。
店内入ると、テーブル席とソファー席が複数あります。
それなりの収容人数ですね。
モダンなチャコールグレーの内装です。
お昼のメニューは、パスタも含めて、結構豊富そうです。
悩みましたが、初志貫徹、タンパク質系の「ポルケッタ」(1100円)をオーダーすることにします。
パン(ライスも選択可能)、サラダ、ソフトドリンクがセットで付いてくるようです。
オーダーして暫し待ちます。
運ばれて来ます。
見た目にも、綺麗なポルケッタ。
香草風味の豚肉の低温ローストです。
早速、一口頂きます。
豚肉のタンパク質の感じがあり、脂身部分も美味しく頂けます。
程よい量のパンとサラダと一緒に頂くと、意図通りと言った感じです。
お肉の下にポテトがあるのですが、これは美味しかったので、ご愛嬌ですね。
ダイエットに最適という感じです。
パクパクと頂きました。
ウェイトコントロールをしたい時には、「とても良いお店だな」と思いました。
今度は、是非、「ロティサリーチキン」にもチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
お支払いは、QUICPayで済ませました。
