ひとりランチでお邪魔しました。
頂いたのは、
“ボルケッタのパスタ”。
サラダとドリンクが付いてきます。
ポルケッタとは、
豚肉の香味ローストとのことで、
肉料理としては、
ロールケーキのように、
豚肉を巻いてローストしたものを、
輪切りにして提供されるようで、
これ、なかなかビジュアル的にインパクトあるなぁと、
隣席の方のお皿を横目してましたが、
パスタになると、この豚肉が、
普通のパンチェッタ風に
チョップされてしまって参りました。
パスタのソースはマスタードベース。
クリーム状のテクスチャーの濃厚さの中で、
酸味と辛味がさわやかな印象です。
パスタは、むっちりしたタイプで、
ソースの濃厚さといいバランスですね。
これに、親指頭大にカットされた前述のボルケッタと
ほうれん草がトッピングされてきます。
ハーブが利いた豚肉と
ほうれん草の青い香りがプラスされ、
それぞれ個性が際立つ味が交錯して、
立体的な味わいで面白いです。
店外に「おひとり様歓迎」のPOP。
その通り、騒がしすぎない店内で、
ひとりでランチと午後のひと時を楽しむ姿も
老若男女問わず見受けられ、
落ち着いた食事ができました。
