2023年12月のとある休日の13時過ぎに訪ねた。
神保町駅から徒歩2分ほどの場所にあるイタリアンレストラン「イル・ヴィゴーレ 神田神保町店」。
広い店内は5割程度が客で埋まっていた。
テーブル席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「ランチパスタセット（小海老とキャベツ、ツナのトマトソース）」¥1,380を注文した。
セットのドリンクとしてお願いしたアイスティーとパンが添えられたサラダがやって来る。
飲み応えのあるアイスティーを飲みながら生ドレッシングがかかったサラダを食べる。ニンニク風味のドレッシングは悪くないが、野菜自体がパサついて惜しい印象。パンもあまり美味しくない。
サラダとパンを食べ終える辺りで小海老とキャベツ、ツナのトマトソースのパスタがやって来る。
それほどトマトの酸味は強くないパセリが振りかけられたスパゲッティ。小海老、キャベツ、ツナのバランスは良い感じ。ツナの旨味がしっかりと引き出されてまとまりのあるトマトソースパスタに仕上がっている。
小海老とキャベツの食感を楽しみながら味わうことも出来る。味わいとしてはバランスの良い仕上がり。スパゲッティの硬さもちょうど良い。
食べやすいトマトソースパスタはスルリと食べ切ってしまうが、ボリューム的には物足りなさを感じた。
ドリンクとサラダが付いているものの1,380円という値段設定は少々高いように感じた。後で知ったがイタリアントマトの上位版の店らしい「イル・ヴィゴーレ」。カジュアルさがどうにも気になってしまったので、値段設定に応じた高級感を提供してもらいたい。
