仕事場から近いので、昼夜ちょくちょく利用していました。特にランチメニューのポルケッタとロティサリーチキンは、味も量も気に入っていました。ドリンク付1000円のセットにしてはかなりコストパフォーマンスが良かったからです。
しばらく仕事が忙しくて足が遠のいていたのですが、本日久しぶりにランチで再訪。
迷わず、ロティサリーチキンを注文、出てくるのを楽しみにしていたのですが…
出てきたのを見て、がっかり。
ロティサリーチキンのチキンは、以前は、店頭でケバブみたいに焼いているのから、ガッツリ切りとってサーブされていたのですが、今回のは普通の手羽。肉の量も半減以下。付け合わせを少しアレンジしてグレード維持を図ろうとしているようですが、ちょっとこの変化は受け入れがたいものでした。
せっかく以前食べて気に入ったから再訪しているのに、ここまで中身がグレードダウンしているのは、怒りを通り越して哀しくなりました。たまたまいつもの肉を切らしていたのならば、その日はメニューから外せばいい。お店の評判を維持していくには、そういった最低線を守るという矜持がだいじなのではないでしょうか。
残念ですが、おそらくもう二度と行くことはないでしょう。
