神田すずらん通り沿いの角地に、
オレンジ色の看板が目立つ インド・ネパール料理 SANGAM です。
KD SunRise株式会社のHPによれば、
サンガム築地本店、バジル大手町店、バジル飯田橋店の４店舗体制です。
オーナーのカンデルダンダパニさんは、ネパール生まれ。
インド、サウジアラビア、福岡、大阪で修行した後、
2007年に八丁堀にサンガム１号店（現在閉店）をオープンしたとのこと。
この日は、21時過ぎに伺いました。
店内、カウンター５席のほか、
ボックス席が４卓あって、奥のエリアにテーブル５卓14席あります。
ホールはネパール人マネージャー１名、厨房はインド人とネパール人の２名体制でした。
ビールは、日本４大ブランドビールや外国ビールが全部で10種類以上あります。
プレモルが600円で、他は全て700円でした。
・・・とりあえずの生ビールを一瞬ためらってしまうお値段。。
で、ふと見ると飲み放題メニューが４種類あります。
Aコース 1,000円/ 90分 ハイボール、サワー、焼酎、ソフトドリンク
Bコース 1,500円/120分 生ビール、ソフトドリンク
Cコース 1,500円/120分 ウイスキー、ソフトドリンク
Dコース 2,000円/120分 外国を含む全商品飲み放題
ハイボールは、角(490円)、ジムビーム(490円)のほか、
知多(590円)、白州(680円)、メーカーズマーク(680円)もあります。
「Aコースで白州もあり？」と聞いてみたら、
「はい。だけど、今からだと。。」的なお答え。
「90分じゃ閉店になっちゃうってこと？60分でいいけど？」
ということで、ハイボール・サワー・焼酎飲み放題(1,000円)をお願いしました。
白州を２杯飲んだら元がとれるからね。(๑•̀ᴗ- )✩
全品590円のおつまみメニューがあったので、その中から
サモサ(590円)と シークケバブ(590円)をつまみました。
サモサはチリソースでいただきました。
サクッと香ばしく、中はもさっとしてます。
シークケバブはスパイスの効いた「つくね」みたいなもので
お酒のつまみにはイイっすね。
ハイボール２杯目は、チョー濃いぃ～ヤツを持ってきてくれました。
お替り面倒だと思ったのかな。。
こりゃ効くわ。。
ラッシーサワーなんてのがあったのでいただきました。
この飲み放題は結構オトクかも？
