午前中に行って混雑してたので、時間を改め午後行くとそれでも混雑。よく見ると黒い制服を着た若いバリスタの方々がきめ細かく丁寧に接客する姿が。店内は外国人のお客様も結構いて、流暢な英語で対応するスタッフもいました。
コーヒーの豆は知っての通り多岐に渡ります。挽き方、淹れ方、温度などでだいぶ違ってくるデリケートさもありますね。そんな中で色々と助言を貰い、コロンビアの豆を使用したミランがどうのこうのって言ってました。すみません！全然分からなくて(苦笑)。
バリスタの方が言ってましたが、この種類だとメロンの様な風味がする。ホントだ！！確かにこれはメロン！！色んな味に変化するのは知ってましたが、これ程とは正直驚きました。
今回は味云々よりも勉強に来たって感じですかね（笑）。
