土曜日、12:50着、店内２名待ち。5分待って着席しましたが、満席のため、丼が到着するまで席で20分待ちました。
豚丼（650円）、肉増し（200円）、浅漬け（150円）をオーダー。
店内は小奇麗な雰囲気のせいか、女性客が多いですね。４割くらいは女性でした。
炭火焼のスペースが限られるので、店側は少しづつしか作ることができず、満席だと少し待つことになります。
最初に浅漬けが出ました。普通に美味しいんですけど、量が少ないので、150円ならば無しでもよいように思います。
さて豚丼。豚の三枚肉でしょうか。まずは肉をパクリ。Ｕ、Ｕ、うまい！ 炭火で焦げた脂身、少し苦めの真っ黒ダレ、なんと絶妙なバランスか。帯広の人は子供の頃からこんな美味しいもの、食べてたの？ うらやましいなあ。 この豚肉の感覚、宮崎の鶏炭火焼に近いものがありますね。
ごはんと一緒に食べれば、もちろん文句なし。けれども、この豚肉を肴にビールでも飲みたいなあ、と思ったら、隣の女性がビールをオーダーしていました。とはいえ、豚丼が来る前にビールだけ飲むのはもったいないですね。
豚やさんには、別ブランドで、この豚炭火焼とビールを楽しませるお店を展開してもらいたいです。いずれにせよ、食べログの評価、今は3.47でしたが、もっと高くても良いと思いました。
